Where does my order ship from?

We ship worldwide.

Orders are fulfilled through a combination of local and international production partners depending on the product ordered. This helps us improve fulfilment speed and overall delivery reliability.

Will my order arrive in multiple packages?

Possibly.

Some items may ship separately depending on the products ordered and fulfilment location. If this happens, you’ll receive tracking updates for each shipment individually.

How long does shipping take?

Most orders are processed within 3–7 business days.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Australia: 5–10 business days

  • United States: 5–10 business days

  • International: 7–20 business days

Delivery times may vary during launches, high-volume periods, and limited releases.

How do I know which size to order?

Our garments generally fit true to size.

If you prefer a more oversized fit, we recommend sizing up. Detailed size guides are available on each product page.

Are your designs exclusive to NXT?

Yes.

All NXT graphics and concepts are original designs created specifically for the brand. Many releases are produced in limited windows and may not return once removed.

How should I wash my garments?

To maximise garment life and print quality:

  • Cold wash only

  • Wash inside out

  • Avoid bleach

  • Do not iron directly over prints

  • Avoid high heat drying
