At NXT Wear, many of our products are made to order and fulfilled through our production partners. This allows us to offer a wider range of products while reducing waste and unnecessary inventory.

Order Processing

Most orders enter production within 1–3 business days after purchase.

Production times may vary during new releases, high-demand periods, or promotional events.

United States

International

7–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on destination, customs processing, carrier delays, and seasonal demand.

Multiple Shipments

Some orders may arrive in separate packages.

This can occur when products are fulfilled from different facilities or production partners. If your order is split, tracking information will be provided for each shipment where available.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is accurate at checkout.

NXT Wear is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses supplied by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at:

International Orders
