Order Cancellation Policy

At NXT Wear, many of our products are printed to order specifically for each customer.

Because production begins shortly after an order is placed, orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or changed once they have entered production.

While we cannot guarantee changes can be made, we will do our best to assist before production begins.

Some NXT products are available for a limited release period and may not return once removed from the store.

Once an order has entered production, all sales are considered final.

If your item arrives:

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work to resolve the issue in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
