Returns & Refund Policy

At NXT, many of our products are printed to order specifically for each customer. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Incorrect colour selection

  • Orders placed incorrectly by the customer

Please review sizing guides carefully before purchasing.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Misprinted

  • Incorrect

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

info@nxtwear.co

Include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product

If the issue is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Cancellations

Orders move into production quickly after being placed.

Once an order has entered production, it cannot be cancelled, modified or refunded.

If you need assistance, contact us immediately after placing your order and we will do our best to help.

Sale Items

Sale items, clearance items and gift cards are non-refundable unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, not as described, or does not meet consumer guarantees, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
